What counts as a profile view?
Opening a creator's full profile to see their metrics, audience data and content. Searching and browsing results doesn't count → you only use a view when you open a profile.
Do my profile views really reset every month on the free plan?
Yes. 25 every month, indefinitely, with no card on file and no trial countdown.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits included with your plan reset each month. Add-on credit packs you purchase separately roll forward for as long as your subscription is active.
What happens when I hit a limit?
We'll tell you which limit you've reached and offer the options → buy an add-on pack, upgrade, or wait for your monthly reset. Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with credits prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and you keep everything until then.
Which platforms do you cover?
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
How does outreach work?
Messages route through Social Gear. On Growth and above you can send from your own email address while creator contact details stay protected.
